Ashtanga Basics – Level 1 with Loan

Take time to deconstruct the codified series of Ashtanga Primary. Over the weeks you will learn the set sequence which is designed to build strength and range of motion. The repetitive nature of the class means students see rapid progress in their practice. Once familiar with the poses in the sequence, students may feel comfortable joining ‘Ashtanga Led’ and eventually ‘Mysore’ which is a self-practice, where students move at their own pace and the teacher is available to provide specific 1:1 support.
