Natasha Yatawara

I’m a Sri Lankan Healing Facilitator, Meditation Guide and Kundalini Yoga Teacher who is focused on mastering the pain-body. I strongly believe in facilitating an independent journey of healing for you without becoming a permanent ‘crutch’; guiding you to become your own Inner Healer. Whilst also shaped by my own life altering personal experiences of the past decade, my practice is mainly influenced by the teachings of Vedanta, Buddhist Philosophy, the Life of Christ, Reiki and several other energy healing modalities. When I’m not holding space for myself or others, you will probably find me by the ocean making friends with animals or trying to catch a wave.

  • Yoga Alliance certified 100HR Meditation Teacher Training Foundations and Inner Healing Program under the guidance of Bhante Phra Nick Dhammarato.
  • Yoga Alliance certified, 220HR Kundalini Research Institute Level One Aquarian Teacher Training Program; a professional certification program in Kundalini Yoga.
  • 3 years of systematic studies on the teaching of Baghavat Gita with the Vedanta Academy, Pune.

The small group Meditation sessions are ideal if you’re looking for a respite from the hustle of the week, to reduce stress and let off steam without needing to move your body. Make sure to bring yourself in comfortable clothes with a bottle of water.

The one on one sessions are guided privately in the comfort of a beautiful Shala at prana, offering support and healing to your specific situation. For availability and more information, inquire at the reception.

The Kundalini Yoga classes can be deep energizing experiences with systematic use of breath and traditional Kriya to impact specific functions or components of the body and mind.

My classes are soft and gentle, guided in a way that allows you to release what doesn’t serve you – both energetically and emotionally. Both the Kundalini and Meditation sessions have had deep soothing and healing effects on absolute beginners as well as experienced students with many years of practice.
