Serena creates a safe pace to explore the edges of your practice, always with plenty of opportunities to have a little giggle. She draws on her years of teaching Sivananda and hatha vinyasa to create classes that align with the energy in the room.

About my class

My classes are relaxed and often a bit workshoppy. I like to see people experience Asana in a way that they really understand how and why they are doing something. I also try to include a little yoga philosophy made relevant for the times we live in today.
