With a personal practice of Ashtanga Mysore and a love for long holds, Arati teaches both Ashtanga and Hatha styles. It is through Yoga that she has found strength and flexibility physically, but more importantly mentally. Her motivation as a teacher is to help you do the same. A Mum of three and a Doctor, she also teaches Pre- and Post-natal Yoga classes.
