Practising yoga when pregnant can ease aches and pains, boost circulation and strengthen the body and mind in preparation for labor. Our teachers work to create a nurturing community and help women prepare themselves mentally, physically and emotionally for pregnancy, birth and beyond. We recommend you rest in the first trimester and come to pregnancy classes from the second trimester onward.
Yoga for mothers and movement for babies from forty days to walking. Ideal for mums at least 6 weeks postpartum. A gentle practice which strengthens the pelvic floor, rebuilds the abdominals and opens the shoulders.
An interactive and fluid practice that welcomes little ones onto our mats with us. Mums and parents move through postures while minis mimic organically and at their own pace.
A fun and holistic practice that develops a yogic mind and body early on.
A challenging and fun practice for children, which builds concentration and self awareness in order to help them meet the needs of their growing bodies.
