Classic hatha is well rounded practice focused on static postures and longer holds, developing mindful awareness in every asana and breath for a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Suitable for all levels.
Both these styles share a similar ‘long-pose-holding’ nature. However, what makes this combination unique and magical is the intention. Whilst the long poses of Hatha (usually standing postures) work to strengthen and lengthen superficial muscles, Yin yoga (consisting mostly of floor poses) targets deeper connective tissues. This cocktail of styles leaves the joints feeling open and lubricated and the muscles long and strong.
